THE ROLE

Bliss & Business and EACH of our niche companies has a profile on EVERY social media network and EACH needs 1 post to be published every 30 minutes from 7am – 11:30pm EST.

This will happen 365 days a year with an “Evergreen Posting System” we’ve developed.

We need someone to look over it, add new posts to it, & ensure it runs properly.

You need to look at our brands and know you’ll have fun working on them…

…as well as knowing that the more growth & money you bring to the table for us, the more we can pay you and also start finding other creative ways to get you paid.

THIS IS PERFECT FOR…

This role is perfect for someone who loves keeping up with what’s happening across ALL social media platforms, not just one. You’re creative but also systems-oriented.

You know how to find the latest trends and what’s working now but it doesn’t distract you from keeping the current systems cranking out new money-making content.

As soon as you see stale, boring content you yawn and want to die. You want to create fun content, have FULL freedom to create EDGY content, and do it across multiple brands.

You know how to design images, videos, and text posts that are designed to create a great experience for the audience while driving clicks, leads & sales for the company.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will need to be able to say “Got it” when we say “We need 1 of each social media profile for XYZ brand.” That includes knowing how to brand it top to bottom and fill out EVERY profile feature that could help us look good while getting leads & sales.

This could be for a client project or for a new internal niche brand we open up.

Cover photos need to be properly sized. Pinned posts that point to opt-in pages need to be created and more. You need to be able to handle this setup top to bottom.

After the socials are SETUP for a brand…

Our evergreen system has a calendar already setup where different “Types” of posts publish at different pre-determined time slots throughout the day.

 

The content types are:

Reels (Vertical videos under 1-minute) (1080 x 1920)

Story videos (Reels just posted as stories) (1080 x 1920)

– Long-form videos (8-minute horizontal videos) (1920 x 1080)

– Story graphics (Static / animated images) (1080 x 1920)

– Static graphics (Static / animated images) (1080 x 1080)

– Pinterest pins (Static / animated images) (1000 x 1782)

– Email newsletters (Multiple sections, clean templates)

 

For EACH of these types you’ll be responsible for:

 

CONTENT CREATION

We need ALL of these post types created CONSISTENTLY. You’ll be able to leverage a suite of cutting-edge AI, design & writing tools and need to use them to PRINT posts.

CONTENT MONETIZATION

Some content earns right off engagement while other pieces are direct or subtle ads for various things we’re promoting. You’ll need to be an expert at crafting both.

CONTENT SCHEDULING

Ensure the evergreen system is publishing to every network without any hiccups while manually doing certain types of posts that can’t be automated (like personal FB profile).

CONTENT NURTURING

Since each piece of content circulates forever, it’s important we check in on them to ensure nothing is out of date, no links are broken, and everything is smooth sailing.

“EAR TO THE GROUND”

What tools are better than the ones we’re using right now? What are our competitors doing that we’re not doing? What’s working? Bring information back home to base.

AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT

Craft content that encourages users to like, comment, save & share. Start conversations to infinity with them in the comments. Kindle the fire so the engagement is CONSTANT.

AUDIENCE MONETIZATION

When we’re engaging it’s a perfect time to recommend internal & external offers from our list so we can get people to buy the next piece of the puzzle they’re going to need.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience GROWING different types of social media accounts

 

  • Experience working with educational content AND faceless niche content

 

  • STRONG skills writing the copy for social media posts including title & body

 

  • STRONG skills designing images & static ads to be used on social media

 

  • STRONG skills designing & editing videos (for creators AND faceless)

 

  • Full understanding of social media scheduling tools

 

  • Lots of experience working with AI to create content for social media

 

  • Able to run and produce digital assets without constant direction & hand-holding

 

  • In-depth experience with design tools like Canva / Glorify / Canva / etc.

 

  • Coachable and able to adapt easily to incoming changes on the social landscape

 

  • Ability to collect, track & make decisions off data to get better results on social

 

  • Very organized with intense attention to detail to never publish a “Sloppy Post”

 

  • Effective communication and always speaking up if you need help with something

 

  • Strategic thinking to understand how everything you do ties into brand monetization

 

SALARY

This role pays $7/Hour + bonuses & tips. We also pay out WEEKLY instead of biweekly.

There’s opportunities to get paid even more by growing with us and having people under you who you lead to fulfill the EXACT same job responsibilities (cloning yourself).
